Book this option if you want to share with ONE other participant. This room can have 2 individual beds or 1 large bed so if you are coming with a friend, spouse or family member you can let us know whether you prefer one or two beds. This room is also suitable if you are coming solo and want to share a room with one other participant.

Every bedroom has a dedicated bathroom- either ensuite or next door. The bedrooms vary slightly and the photos are meant to give you a sense of what the rooms look like. These photos do not necessarily represent the room you will be staying in.

This is an all-inclusive event. The cost of the room includes all meals, programming and supplies. The only cost that is not included is transportation to the event.

Cancellation Policy: We issue full refunds (minus a 3% administrative fee) for cancellation requests submitted more than 120 days prior to the retreat start date. In case of cancellation requests submitted 90-120 days prior to the retreat start date, we will issue a partial refund of 50% of total amount. Cancellation requests submitted less than 90 days before the retreat start date will not be refunded. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance and expect the unexpected. No exceptions will be made, even in case of injury/illness, personal emergencies, or weather, etc.

Pandemic specific: We know that recent years have been challenging times for travel and things are always changing. In case of a pandemic related cancellation by you, the property owner or due to government restrictions or mandates, no reimbursement will be given, but the full amount will be respected as a credit to be used toward a future retreat within 3 years.
