GNOSIS 2026 will take place at Altanure, a charming Portugese estate in the Algarve, just minutes away from some of Portugal’s most stunning beaches.
Over the seven days you will be immersed in a nearly surgical process that blends yoga, kriya, breath work, meditation, sound therapy, energy work, ritual, gestalt constellations, and more to illuminate blindspots, foster inner strength, and reveal clarity.
Armed with a new awareness, you’ll have the tools to take control of your destiny.

About the property:
Altanure is an eco-conscious estate that greatly values and respects the local environment. At the heart of the property’s design, is nature’s ability to support growth, generate balance and sustain life. In other words, they have intentionally designed the property to facilitate transformation and inner work. The property includes 2 beautifully designed homes, mulitple terraces, a garden, 2 swimming pools and, a private pond with a sunbathing dock.

Additional Details
The retreat begins at 6pm on June 21st and ends with a farewell breakfast on June 28th. We recommend arranging flights to Faro international airport. Upon arrival private transport is available directly to the property and typically costs 50 Euro for up to 4 passengers. We will help you connect with other participants to arrange shared transportation if you would like.
No yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
Cancellation Policy: We issue full refunds (minus a 3% administrative fee) for cancellation requests submitted more than 90 days prior to the retreat start date. In case of cancellation requests submitted 60-90 days prior to the retreat start date, we will issue a partial refund of 50% of total amount. Cancellation requests submitted less than 60 days before the retreat start date will not be refunded. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance and expect the unexpected. No exceptions will be made, even in case of injury/illness, personal emergencies, or weather, etc.
COVID specific: We know these are challenging times for travel and things are changing rapidly. In case of a COVID related cancellation by you, the property owner or due to government restrictions or mandates, no reimbursement will be given, but the full amount will be respected as a credit to be used toward a future retreat within 3 years. We do recommend taking precautions the week before you travel and arriving in Mallorca a few days before the retreat to ensure that you are symptom free before gathering with the group.
